Facilitation Training

Due to the success of last year's workshops and back by popular demand, MCLS, in partnership with the Library of Michigan, will be offering six more trainings on facilitation presented by We Can Work It Out, LLC new-window-icon.png.

Two dates were offered in July for the Basic Facilitation workshop (repeats of the courses offered last year) and were available to new participants. Two Advanced Facilitation workshops, on the topics of, "Handling Conflict" and "Coming to Agreement," will each be offered in two locations in fall 2019.

Registration is now open for the upcoming Advanced workshops. These sessions are small and spots are very limited and available first-come, first-served, so register today!

Who are these workshops for?

The trainings will be open to staff of Michigan libraries. They will be most fruitful for those who are working on community engagement projects for their library, or who facilitate group discussions and events.
