Pricing

• Libraries may join RIDES mid-year with prorated pricing.
• For an explanation of Central Delivery and sub-libraries, see the RIDES FAQ page. 
• There will be no delivery on 6 designated holidays.

Base pricing rates shown below are for the subscription period July 1, 2026 – June 30, 2027.

 In addition to the base price the following surcharges may be assessed:

• Tiered volume surcharge based on volume analysis numbers
• Secondary volume surcharge for those central delivery sites serving 10 or more sub-libraries

In addition to the base price an annual participation fee of $140.00 will be assessed. The participation fee is non-refundable.

Michigan 

Full year (July through June service)

• 2 days/week: $2028.78
• 3 days/week: $3043.17
• 5 days/week: $5071.95

Partial year (September through May service)

• 2 days/week: $1511.64
• 3 days/week: $2267.46 (Only available to participants in the Lower Peninsula)
