New wellbeing workshop planned for March

Working in a library can be stressful. Many library staff members are exhausted and running on fumes while trying to build inclusive spaces, stand up to censorship, and tend to the day-to-day details of running a library. If this sounds familiar, join MCLS Library Strategists Jenny Kobiela-Mondor and Lissa Krull for MCLS’s new workshop, “Break Out of Burnout & Rebalance Your Life,” on Thursday, March 2, 1-4pm Eastern (12-3pm Central). Registration is open now in our Training store.

This workshop will help you make small shifts that will boost both your own wellbeing and the wellbeing of those around you, no matter your library role. Jenny and Lissa will help you find practical strategies to combat fatigue and burnout, be more self-compassionate, bring out the best in yourself and others, and find ways to rest and recover.
