JSTOR is partnering with a growing list of 20+ publishers to offer a thoughtful, innovative approach to eBook collections. These collections support equitable access to scholarly eBooks for institutions of all sizes, demonstrating a shared commitment to community-driven, flexible, and sustainable eBook acquisition models. 

Pricing tiers for the Publisher Collections were developed with a data-informed, collaborative approach, including input from academic libraries. Libraries may opt to purchase one or more collections based on what works best for their budget and collecting priorities.  

Each Publisher Collection includes: 

• A perpetual JSTOR license to current year title sets from a publisher 
• Access to all of the publishers’ backlist titles on JSTOR for active participants 
• An equitable,?tiered fee structure based on your institution’s JSTOR classification 
• A 5% discount for MCLS libraries on any Publisher Collections purchased through the 2026 calendar year
