Oxford Journals has published high quality content representing the forefront of academic research for over a century. With content ranging from 1791 to 1995, the Oxford Journals Archive enables users to quickly locate previously hard-to-find material and explore changes in opinion that form the foundation of current research.
The 2025 Oxford Journals Archive comprises 272 journals, including eight new titles for 2025. Libraries have the flexibility to purchase the complete Archive, one or more of the five subject collections, top-ups for prior purchases, or individual titles. With over six million pages of content from Volume 1, Issue 1 of each title, the Oxford Journals Archive provides both quality and value.
Oxford Journals Archive is offering the following perpetual access discount options to MCLS members through Dec. 31, 2025:
- Option One: new purchase of the 2025 Complete Journals Archive or 2025 Archive Subject Collection
MCLS members may purchase the complete 2025 Oxford Journals Archive with FTE-based discounts of up to 80% off the list price. - Option Two: update an existing Journals Archive Collection
Any MCLS members that currently own the Oxford Journals Archive may purchase a top-up to update their collection at the following discounted rate by FTE:- Under 10,000 FTE, 60% off
- 10,001-20,000 FTE, 40% off
- Over 20,000 FTE, 30% off
- Option Three: purchase archive content title-by-title
Libraries may order individual titles with the following consortial discounts:- Purchase 1-9 titles, 15% discount
- Purchase 10-14 titles, 25% discount
- Purchase 15-19 titles, 35% discount
- Purchase 20+ titles, 40% discount
