What: To get an accurate count of how many green RIDES totes are in the system, we need your assistance in conducting a tote count. This is only to get an accurate count of totes in the system, not to determine if a location has the correct number of totes.
Who: The RIDES contact for libraries receiving direct delivery from the RIDES courier that received an email in advance to participate in the tote counts.
When: On Friday, September 20, and again on Friday, October 4.
How: Count all the green RIDES totes in your library
BEFORE you receive RIDES service. This includes all green RIDES totes in your possession, including any extras on hand.
If your library is closed on Friday, count your RIDES totes on Thursday,
AFTER receiving RIDES service, if scheduled for that day.
