Scholarly analytics with Cabells

If your faculty are looking to publish research or review scholarly contributions, Cabell’s complimentary Predatory Reports and Journalytics are must-have resources.

In Predatory Reports, specialists analyze over 60 behavioral indicators. The resulting misconduct reports detail each violation and provide a transparent view of the investigated journal. The report also includes the title of the journal, its publisher, any claimed ISSNs, and more so you can easily identify the predatory journal.

Journalytics is a curated list of more than 11,000 academic journals covering 18 disciplines. These summaries include publisher names, audience types, and acceptance rates. Researchers will also find manuscript guidelines, so they know how to format their manuscript and what to expect during the submission process.

These resources will give you access to a suite of powerful metrics to evaluate and better understand academic journals. Your faculty will have access to accurate information and know reputable outlets for publication.

Free 14-day trials are available to MCLS members! For a trial or quote, contact us at services@mcls.org or (800) 530-9019 ext 401.
