RIDES Pricing  


Please note the fuel charge surcharge option.

Each library must designate a RIDES Contact, and subscribe at least one staff member to the RIDES email listserv (this may  be the same person).

Libraries are responsible for complying with the RIDES Policies and Procedures.

Libraries may join RIDES mid-year. Pricing will be prorated.



Rates shown below are for a full annual subscription July 1, 2012 - June 30, 2013
  • Basic Price: $13.75 per stop
  • Central Delivery site surcharge: additional $0.10 per stop for each library included in a central delivery stop.
RIDES 12 Month Annual Basic Price
50 weeks/year (no delivery on 10 designated holidays):
2 days/week:        $1375 per year
3 days/week:        $2062.50 per year
4 days/week:        $2750 per year
5 days/week:        $3437.50 per year
 
RIDES 9 Month Annual Basic Price
38 weeks/year (September through May):
2 days/week:        $1045 per year
3 days/week:        $1567.50 per year
4 days/week:        $2090 per year
5 days/week:        $2612.50 per year
